Vichy France was the term for the Nazi-cooperating French government of 1940-1944 established after the country had surrendered to Germany in 1940 during World War II.
It was named after the government's capital in Vichy, southeast of Paris.
2) Ketchup and mayo are basically the main ingredients
for making Thousand Island dressing (all you're really missing
is the relish.
