A.:  Joanna the Mad (or Jauna la Loca) was the third child of King Ferdinand II and Queen Isabella I of Spain.

A.:  1)  Vichy France was the term for the Nazi-cooperating French government of 1940-1944 established after the country had surrendered to Germany in 1940 during World War II.  It was named after the government's capital in Vichy, southeast of Paris.

2)  Ketchup and mayo are basically the main ingredients for making Thousand Island dressing (all you're really missing is the relish.

3)  It means to do something very quickly or immediately.

A.:  2,598,960.  You get it using the formula for combinations of 52 numbers taken 5 at a time: 52 nCr 5, which is essentially (52 * 51 * 50 * 49 * 48)/(5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1).
